Inspired by an antique patchwork Minerva has a relaxed and contemporary look. It’s a combination of print and embroidery which gives the design a greater depth and adds to its handcrafted feel. Loosely painted shapes and patterns are printed around a diamond based repeat, small blocks of chain stitch add intensity and interest. Minerva is a captivating combination of Indian inspiration, with a folky handcrafted look that is intensified by the use of the two techniques printing and hand stitching.
