How do I measure for my roman blinds?
Taking measurements for blinds is easy. The main thing you need to decide is whether you want your blind to hang within the recess of the window or over it. This is very important when taking your measurement.

How accurate are the images online?
We do everything we can to make sure all images used on our website are as clear as possible. However, screens and resolutions can vary depending on your device so we always recommend that you order a free sample of anything you are considering purchasing.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Once your made to measure order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. However, if your items have not been despatched, we can rearrange the delivery date and/or the delivery address.
Which countries do you deliver to?
At present, we only delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom.
How will my items be delivered?
We use couriers such as UPS and DPD for most items. For smaller items and samples we use the postal service. Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries if you have ordered items from multiple brands or with different lead times.
Where is my order?
We will keep you up to date by email at every stage from placing your order to despatch. Once despatched, we will email you and provide a tracking number for the courier. If you have any questions about your order, please email us.
Can I return made to measure items?
We cannot accept returns on any made to measure items including curtains, blinds, cushions, poles and tracks. This is because they have been made or cut to order. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements which you have supplied to us. In the rare event that your items are faulty, we will first try to make and an alteration to fix the fault. If this is not possible, we will arrange a replacement, or a partial or full refund.
Can I return cut fabric?
We cannot accept returns on any cut fabric. This is because the fabric has been cut and cannot be sold to any other customer. We cannot accept returns due to incorrect measurements which you have supplied to us.
Can I return wallpaper?
We can accept returns of wallpaper only when the full order is returned. We cannot accept returns of leftover rolls or part of an order.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, you should first email us with details of the order you wish to return. Please wait for a reply from us returning your items. Goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a delivery service which requires a signature to ensure that you have proof of return. The cost of returning an item is at your expense. Once we have received your items we will email you to confirm receipt and confirm any refund due.
