Palazzo brings an extravagant flourish with its use of dense corded embroidery to form the leaves and scrolls of generously scaled damask. The innovative use of this raised embroidery technique to describe the flowing shapes diffuses the formality of the symmetrical damask and brings a sense of luxury and great individuality.
